Booking conditions

These conditions apply to direct bookings on this website.

Payment

A deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation price is required. Your booking is confirmed only after the deposit is paid. The remaining balance can be paid by bank transfer or on arrival.

Cancellation

• Cancellation is free of charge at least one month before check-in.
• With less than one month’s notice but at least 15 days before check-in, the amount paid is retained until the cancelled dates are filled by other bookings.
• With less than 15 days’ notice or in the event of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Other information

Accommodation access instructions, location, check-in and check-out times and other useful information for your stay will be available in the guest portal. You will have access to the portal after your deposit payment has been confirmed.
